Confidential Dental Office is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Burbank, CA

We are a friendly and modern general dental office looking for a full-time experienced front desk associate to join our team. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who can easily interact with our family of patients.

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare and present treatment plans to patients

· Perform and understand all steps necessary to correctly bill patients for treatment and correspond with insurance companies, while using expert knowledge of dental coding, insurance claims and preauthorizations, posting and collecting payments, and managing patient inquiries

· Assist with general front desk duties, as needed (answer phones, check patients in/out, schedule patients, verify insurance)

Requirements:

· No less than 2 years previous dental office front desk experience that includes billing and treatment coordinating

· Knowledge of dental and insurance terminology

· Computer literate with preferred experience in Dentrix software

· Knowledge and experience in a previous office with general dentistry and cosmetic procedures, and preferred experience with implants, oral surgery, periodontics, and orthodontics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
